Open on Ascension Day and Pentecost

Please note that special opening hours apply at our library locations on upcoming public holidays. Below you will find information on which branch libraries will be open on Ascension Day and Pentecost Monday.

On Ascension Day, 14 May 2026, and Pentecost Monday, 25 May 2026, special opening hours apply to our branch libraries and our First Level Hotline.

The following branch libraries will be open on public holidays:

  • Main Campus: 9.00 – 22.00
  • Mathematics & Informatics: 10.00 – 20.00
  • Weihenstephan: 10.00 – 20.00

All other branch libraries and the First Level Hotline will be closed on these public holidays.
